Can't seem to DL the league file

So, I had to reformat my computer and now I need to get the league file, but its not available in the Downloads tab.

Andrew or Clay, could one of you get me a file?

So, I can't open the game after installing the league file. Keeps getting hung up on the "world file."

Anyone else have that problem recently? It's been a while since I've had to install the league file, so I'm not sure if I'm missing something.
