So I have a question....which I should probably know the answer to. We can only carry $20m over year to year. If we're projected to have more than that, is there anything we can do as owners to use any money over that limit before it's too late....or is it already too late?

I expected to lose in six or seven games. I lost in six.

Windy City has legit pitching. In the four wins, they gave up two runs.

Wow, two small market teams squaring off for all the marbles.

            Should be an interesting series!

Well, since that cat is out of the bag...Any chance the Championship series sim will be broken up into more than one sim? Depending on how fast my SPs recover, I may need/want to disrupt my rotation for 1 game.

are the coaches signed through 1986 going to FA after the end of the season?

Rematch of our first Brewmasters Championship, hopefully with a different outcome this time.

Our SP has continued to be death. Geake has shown to be worth every penny of his mega deal so far going 3-0 with a 0.38 ERA this post season. The SP is going to have to continue to carry the team as we've lost another starting position player for at least half of the series in Longstreet.

This may be the best overall starting rotation in league history, and it's gonna have to act like it for one more week. Manny Alvarez has continued to be a god send at closer as well. The 21 year old has taken the baton from Vernon Simmonds and not skipped a beat.

This has been one of my favorite teams as I love how they scrap. The offense is a scrappy bunch of mostly youngsters that just need to score enough to let the starters win the game. Here's to hopefully not another championship loss.

Aside from the occasional HR from my 2B, there's nothing/nobody in my lineup that will worry the Playboys' rotation. Even if my best bat wasn't on the D/L (Sephton); I'd be hard-pressed to score 3 runs per game against this rotation. I can only hope that "Piglet" Theodore isn't the one that shoves the dagger in our hearts.

Oddly enough, Game #5 against Dallas in the last series could turn out to be the most important development in our playoff run. If we had won that game, Guardamagni starts the series against Windy City. As it is, it looks like it'll be Goderie first, then Guardamagni.

I'd be up for it. Although tuning in during the work day would be risky for me. I could definitely "be there" by 6:00 pm Eastern, maybe earlier.
