Contract extensions for the 1987 season

Andrew, since my owner is obviously a moron... he believes I only have 200k for extensions next year. Also... this is a common known bug in OOTP.

A quick look at my roster, and if I pick up all options I'll currently only have a payroll 47.7 million. Seeing as my media contract is 45 million for 1987 and my budget this year is over 70 million I'd like for you to manually offer the following players extensions.

SP Mack McMurdo - 1 year, 5,560,000
SP Oswaldo Escarcaga - 3 years, 6,750,000 per
