3-3 sim, but cut 2 more into Philly's lead. Thank you Washington and Wilmington. You guys are just so giving this year.

If anyone want to give Bill Faircloth a chance PM me. I'm done with him.

Miraculously had a winning sim this week. Still no hitting to speak of, and now there are a lot of names in red throughout my organization. Let's go ladies! Someone has to pick up the slack!

3-3 sim for us, quickly losing ground to the juggernaut known as Windy City. Feels like old times.

We can't hit the ball, and I'm a bit surprised. I thought we'd have a pretty solid lineup this season but we sit 11th in the IL in runs scored. Luckily our pitching has been solid to keep us afloat for now but we have to start scoring. IL New Brew Candidate Shawn Gates picked up his 4th win of the season and is proving he was ready for the Bigs despite skipping AAA.

4-2 sim and both games we lost were close ones. Pedro Eires is a big surprise this year, I thought he was going to maybe hit 15-20 HRs this season, but has already hit 9.

Best record, fewest runs allowed, most runs scored in the IL. Geake is pimpin', Starting staff is all bona fine race with itself for Pale Ale, life is good!

                But it's only May.

Bullpen is still our weak spot. We're working on that. We've had a few injuries too. And obviously not all of the SP can keep up at their current pace.

A good thing though is we've played 21 road games, only 11 home.

Long way to go, but a good start.

Damn we got spanked this sim 0-6.

WC is too good so I expected a losing sim this week, but I figured we might win at least one game. CF Noa had a great week, but thats about it. Hopefully next week will be a little better.

                    5-1.

                    Wow is all I have.

I big enough to admit when I am wrong. When I said that we couldn't go 3-0 against anyone I was clearly overlooking the fact that luck happens.

Clay, on the other hand, is a borderline psychic. By my calculation going 1-2 against Los Alamos falls well within the range of 3-0 to 0-3!

One thing I noticed is that in the game I lost my closer came up to bat in the top of the 11th with one out. After grounding out and having the next batter strike out he was lifted for a new pitcher for the bottom of the inning. We certainly could have still lost the game anyway, but if you are going to pull the guy why not PH for him? Grrrr...

Thank you! I like to think of it as a blessing and a curse.

Check the rest of the game... you had emptied your bench earlier in the game and really didn't have another bat to use. The first inning injury hamstrung you. I believe your bench was empty by the 9th.

                        See, psychic I tell you!

I forgot that Bovey got hurt so when I counted I thought we still had a guy left. It still sucks.

4-2 SIM, although we have Maine on our heels (shocking). However the good thing is this season is starting to look more real than just a fluke. 4th best BA, and the best ERA staff in the DL. With Donegan out for 3 more weeks, need Castro, Burchette, and Albors to hold down the fort until he can return.

In AAA, Chuck Lindsay is showing he's ready to join the staff, although there's currently no room. His numbers:

                          3-0, 1.22 ERA, 44IP, 24H, 9BB, 50K

I don't know why you're complaining. Gremades' RBI total is finally higher than your teams ERA, so I'd call that progress.
