Good stuff. A 3-4 sim. And now that we got Albors (who went about .250 for the week), Donegan decides to go down with his yearly month long injury. Ugh.

Interesting sim. First perfect game since 83 season, and a 20 inning game.

Tobs go 2-5, not good. Windy City is just too good this year.

A 93 pitch perfect game no less... that's nasty.

Great sim. Theodore with the perfect game! Starting pitching has continued to be suffocating. 1.72 ERA for the starting 5. And did I mention Geake's a pimp?

If we had a bullpen we'd barely lose a game. Got some injuries too, but nothing major. Happy with our turnaround so far.

6-1 sim for the Storm. I'm going to get reamed by Maine next sim so I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

Gervasio Areas looks like the real deal. He and Gutierriez form a pretty good 1-2 punch at the top of the rotation. Dodson continues to hit at AA and Sammy Homer got back on track this sim. Moran notched a bunch of saves in the last week.

Also, Justin Chewning makes his long-awaited Mississippi debut in this sim. He's finally healthy enough to take some hacks as the starting RF. The offense is still too inconsistent but help is on the way.

My heart sinks a little each time I check out Tynan Cutter's profile.

If it helps, he still speaks of you.

Aside from the constant stabbing pain from Cutter's success, it's a good time to be a Slammer fan. Maureo Gonez has finally developed the power we've been lacking for years - 8 HR (2nd in DL) and 25 RBIs (2nd in DL). #2 prospect Hector Carbajal wins AAA player of the month and week; C Teagan Cannell wins DL Rookie of the month. We own the best bullpen in the DL so far; I've been trying to build the pen forever and it's finally paying off. 14-12 at this point is much better than I thought I'd be.

6-1 and the 1 was a one run loss. Sniff...I'm so proud of my guys! Oh ya and Pittsburgh claimed my reliever! So far he's called me 3 times crying...

Also Chet Stephens is now 3-0 with a .70 ERA, 8 BB, 24 K's in AA. Maybe my scout isn't as bad as I think he is. Welcome to AAA Mr. Stephens.

                        3-4 sim.

Closest thing we've had to a winning sim this season.

2-5 sim. My team has really struggled to score runs.

Moving EG to the 6 hole seemed to help.

                              4-3.

Could be much worse, but I really would have loved to take an extra game against Batavia. Taking 2 from Carolina and going 1-1 against Davenport was good.

Still sitting 6 back but WC is playing head and shoulders above the rest of us right now anyway.
