1-5 baby and still better than Cali!

What's sad is that our starting pitchers did a great job...but we batted .195 as a team. Really? Steve Bing goes 0 for 22. Oh well...at least we hurt Clay's player when he intentionally tried to run down one of our guys.

Solid 4-2 sim to start out the season. I have to say I'm very happy with how things went. O'Loughlin came out in his first start and threw a complete game 4 hit shutout. Two days later LaRochelle came in and threw 8.1 scoreless innings only giving up 5 hits.

Co-DL ROY Juan Ortiz posted a .333 batting average over the first week with 5 doubles and a home run. No major injuries, which is always a good thing.

A decent 3-3 sim for Los Alamos. A bit scary because Tardif went down in the first game after 4.1 innings. He was cruising along when he went down. Fortunately it is just a 2 week injury, but the odd thing is that it's listed as a sore elbow in the news but a jarred back on his player page. Don't know what to believe since it was his shoulder that had him out last season.

Brudenell will get his first start this sim. He was day-to-day, but the AI used my spot starter for him last sim. I think I'm good with that.

Noboa is the man right now. Batting .381 with 4 homeruns and 4 stolen bases. He's the spark I'd hoped he would be.

Pretty happy about starting off with a 3-3 SIM, although a couple people in my bullpen are already on my shit list...but they have time to turn it around.

The biggest surprise is the start of the one and only HrfdW Castro. The man who will never have his name changed, started off batting .381 with 4 HR's/6 RBI's and a .417 OBP. Although just seeing people hitting over .250 at any point in the year is a surprise...

He's still named after you, which is never a good thing.

Maine's in last place, I think I'm going to take a screenshot.

1-5 sim, better than last year's 0-6 sim

I expect the bats to pick it up a little bit as the season progresses.

It's official. Erwood is my only bright spot in the rotation.

I don't understand OOTP sometimes, however.

Goree threw 2 innings in relief on 4/09. Then two more innings on 4/11. So, what happens on 4/13? The game (my manager maybe) decide to throw him out there again and he ends up getting rocked for 3 runs in 1 inning pitched.

Meanwhile Ivan Diaz and Joe Berges didn't throw one pitch in that entire week. Surely, Goree had to be tired by that third game. Just because I have him high on the depth chart doesn't mean I want him out there to lose games for me.
