Well, either my scout is an absolute genius, or he's mentally deficient. He doesn't agree with ANYONE so far. But I've decided to throw in with him anyway. I'm hoping his 75 Amateur Scouting rating means something.

Went with Lonnie Godwin here. There's a couple of guys I wanted, still have another pick. My scout says that SP is gonna drop big after him so we had to do it. I really didn't think we'd take a SP as they'd all be gone but with the run of hitters, he kinda fell in my lap.
I'll be happy if he can be a solid 2 or 3 in 4-5 years. His endurance is low, but everything else looks very good.WINDY CITY PLAYBOYS

Baltimore's pick is in. Picked up O'Finegan. He's one of the few that OSA and my scout agreed on, somewhat. I hate his lack of defense, might move him to first base.

On the flip side, he was pretty low on Curt Dodson who is now #37.
So... I choose to trust him because... well... what's my choice? The Great One!

My scout loved Herrera last year too...may be a good sign for you. However, my scout seems to be a bit more critical of the draft this year, or maybe there is just less talent this year. I've scoured through the draft this morning, and I don't see many potential late round gems that I think will fall this year.

All I know is that almost to the pick your scout and mine are exactly opposite. There are a few picks that they agree on on both sides but I have been predicting what my scout will say based on what your's says and I've been pretty accurate. Unfortunately my scout is new so who knows.
I am actually excited to see what happens in a few years...BLB

That's the thing... there are so many wildcards once they are picked... who knows how it's going to turn out?
I guess my thing is, I'm choosing to trust my Scout simply because I don't have any other thing to base a choice on other than, like Spot said, coin toss, "Bear/Ninja/Gun", dart board?
Trust me, I'm not being arrogant when I say how my scouts saw each of these picks because I don't know what it means.... just sharing. The Great One!

Plus.... I had Herrerra at 8-8-8, Sanchez at like 8-7-7, and Austin at 8-8-8-8-8... those kind of stand out.The Great One!
