Morgantown selects SS Artie Wallace.
Our scout felt he was the best bat out there and could be a strong lead off type a guy.
We will see, I haven't decided if I trust my scout yet.OSFL: Lake County Extreme 2008-2028, 2010 Champions

My $0.02 on last few...
5 - Bulls - Jeremiah Gray (SP) - Like this kid, but I've gambled on a lot of "No Stuff" pitchers, and few pan out.
6 - Whalers - J.J. Walker (CF) - Scouts were very "meh" on this kid. Average.
7 - Gamblers - Jody Shields (LF) - Could be a bomber.. slightly better version of Rob Deer... but the 17 and raw thing scares me.
8 - Patriots - Samuel Helmrich (LF) - Scouts calls him average across the board.
9 - Storm(from Slammers) - Clarence Smythe (CF) - Scouts likes nothing about this kid.
10 - Mohawks - Artie Wallace (SS) - Another average across the board guy from my scouts 4's and 3's.The Great One!
To many rings to count...

Yeah, I had a feeling not many scouts would be drooling over Smythe- I'm kinda used to other team scouts not liking my prospects (Dodson last year). My scout is allegedly an 80 in hitting. Smythe will either be really good or he'll be a bust, I don't see much middle ground with him. My scout had him as 6-6-5-5-4 and he was easily the best hitter left on the board for me.
Like I said though, the fact that he's from Long Island pushed him over the edge LOL.

My Take:

4 Kodiaks SP Conan Wilkerson - (6/5/5) - Draft list #4
5 Bulls SP Jeremiah Gray - (3/3/5) - Draft list #5
6 Whalers CF J.J. Walker - (4/5/5/5/3) - Draft list #24
7 Gamblers LF Jody Shields - (4/6/5/4/3) - Draft list #16
8 Patriots LF Samuel Helmrich - (4/5/5/4/4) - Draft list #11
9 Storm CF Clarence Smythe - (4/4/3/3/3) - Draft list #10
10 Mohawks SS Artie Wallace - (4/2/3/4/3) - Draft list #6

So....my scout was only really high on a few of those guys...but he thought all of them would go in the top 25 picks...And, the top five, while out of order, is EXACTLY how he expected the top five to go...Take it for what it is worth.
My scout still has the #7, #8, and #9 guys on the draft list available...and he based on overall potential, his #1, #2 and #3 prospects are still available.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
