    Sure, I'm cool with it...the more teams the better and I think 50% of the pot is fair.

      I think it is best to let Brad in for the whole pot with him putting in the extra $6 as he suggested. Let's not worry about rules regarding additional participants in future years until we receive an application. We'll decide that on a case by case basis.

      Just to clarify: If no one wins this year and an individual decides that he doesn't want to participate in the futute, he is still liable for his earlier contributions, right? In other words all money in the pot stays there until someone wins it.

        Probably not my place to say since I'm just now joining, but I would say yes a person is liable for their portion even if they decide not to be involved in future years. You're essentially purchasing a spot in the pool each season. Once that season is over, you've used up your ticket and you received the benefit of a chance to win the pool.

            Right it is on the honor basis, so if Brad doesn't trust us he should get out now while he still can.
