To be fair... (a) I don't think the "flipping out" is nearly a common as it once was and (b) what is there to post about this sim? Everyone knew what their Arbitration guys were getting. All of mine got exactly what the salary report forecasted for them. What's to post?

We have a new scouting director! I think he was the 4th one I offered a contract to before signing. One of the other guys took $100k less (same # of years) with another club.
