The regular season matchups mean absolutely nothing. Wilmington will sweep my Tobs, that's all I know. I don't stand a chance.

I can't decide who I want to start in game 1. Abe and O'Connelan are unavailable, and right now it's between Lang and Delclos.

Lang's season was shitty overall, but he had a 2.88 ERA in September and has been on fire lately. He also gives Abe and O'Connelan an extra day's rest.

Delclos has been a beast/workhorse all season and is a near lock to give me 7 solid innings.

        Decisions, decisions...

I really like Indy to give Maine a tough series. But, Maine in 7.

Pitt should handle LL's barely above-mediocre staff. Pitt in 5.

Philly has too deep of a rotation. Washington hangs, but Philly in 6.

Wilmington is my fave to win it all, by far. Wilmington in 5.

The year Carolina upset me in the IL Championship, I went like 13-5 against him in the regular season. We owned the Tobs that year, and they still sent us home in 6. We're not taking them for granted. They have the experience.

You went 9-3 against me in that season. That a was very close series then, but my team was much better that year than it is now in every department. We could actually hit the ball that year.

It's pretty cool that the last 4 IL Champs are in this postseason. Well, at least I think so.

Yah, and only one of us didn't win the championship. Wonder who that was...

And he definitely isn't going to win it this year, that's for sure.

Be lucky if he even makes it out of the Wild Card round.

You're the guy at the office who makes a huge upset pick every week...when one of them finally hits, he is looking for praise.

I went 3-1, but the odds I would have got on the LL/Pitt series would have covered my entire nut for the next 3 years. Especially since I called the # of games too.

I'm not looking for praise at all. My logic was sound. There is a major upset every year in the playoffs. Either Pitt or Maine going down in Round 1 would have been MAJOR... I picked the right one. I'm don't need praise or admiration for guessing correctly in an online baseball league.

So.... we're guarenteed a multi-time winner. Either a team will hang their second banner... or Maine will get their 4th.
