The Zombie only got into one game, getting a win with an inning worth of work. Donegan comes back after 3 months off...about damn time.

Well Luis Miguel Gutierrez is off to a nice start in BLB, earning his first win. Let's see how he finishes this year.

Good to see Wilde getting off to a decent start with the big club too. Lots of evaluation going on now with this club.

We've been very ordinary lately. I'm still waiting for our bats to come alive.

But Nathan MacOwl has been unreal. In five starts, he's gone 3-0 with a 1.13 ERA and 0.68 WHIP thanks to a 26:5 K:BB.

Mississippi Storm: G. Areas was injured while racing his teammate during practice. The Diagnosis: sprained thumb. He's expected to miss about 3 weeks.

4-2 week for the Tobs, sweeping Pawtucket then losing 2/3 to Pittsburgh, both by one run. With Joy and Porter out of my lineup, we're not going to hit the ball very hard, so our pitchers have to step up and they did this week. My staff combined for a 2.08 ERA and 1.08 WHIP. More importanly, our division lead is up to 15 games, so we're feeling pretty good about our chances there. We just hope we don't have anyone else go down with an injury.

Scraped out a 3-3 despite losing Harcourt in Game 1 for the rest of the sim and Danny Nelson getting suspended. 8 games behind Washington. We'd need to go 7-0 against them head to head and get a ton of help. Not likely with our injuries.
