    6. CONTRACTS
    • A Team Option must contain a minimum buyout equal to:
      • (A) The difference between the highest guaranteed year salary and the amount of the team option (provided the option year $$ > the highest guaranteed year $$),
      • (B) 10% of the amount of the team option,
      • Whichever amount is greater.
    • Vesting option years are not allowed
    • Only one Team Option may be used per contract, and it must be in the last year of the contract. This prevents people from stacking Player Options after the Team Option.
    • Players cannot be signed to contract extensions until after they have received their second arbitration contract. Players become eligible for contract extensions once they have two "Received a 1-year contract worth a total of $xx through arbitration." in their player history.
    • For each contract year, the $$ value of an individual season must be at least 50% of the highest guaranteed season value

    (Friendly reminder)

    Team 1 Sends
    {player}: Pos | FName | LName (level)
    {Draft pick}: Year.Team

    Team 2 Sends:
    {player}: Pos | FName | LName (level)
    {Draft pick}: Year.Team

So, list player position, player fist name, player last name.

    eg, 1B Mike Morla (AAA)

    1) All trades are Pre-SIM unless otherwise noted.
    2) All involved players will be traded. However, only Brewers League players will be moved to a specific location.
    3) You must leave an empty spot on your 40 man and 25 man roster for each Brewers League player you want to move.
    4) You must leave empty spots in your lineups/depth charts/pitching rotations where you want the new Brewers League players inserted.
    5) You must provide detailed and specific instructions of which players you want moved and where you want them in your lineups/depth charts/pitching rotations.
    6) Any trade where draft picks are involved and the trading team does not own that draft pick, the trade will be processed and the teams will need to amend the trade.
    7) Please attempt to submit your trade under GM Actions - Make a Trade then click Submit Offer. Both parties need to do this. If the game won't allow then please post that in the trade thread.

Definitely have seen better draft classes then this one.

My hunch tells me though 2040 is when you want to have money free'd up based on certain team's financial state. Just a hunch.

Free agent class. I've seen better past years especially on the pitching side of free agency. Intl seem ok perhaps a pitcher.

Not worst free agent class ever, but we've had better.

Next season there might some young kiddos free'd up unless certain owners trade them now before they lose them.

Next season FA class will get a boost of some IL teams hitting the wall financially.

Arbitration was not kind to us, so no FA money in California this year.

I brought back Ammons on what I hope is a good deal. After looking at the free agent class, I'm glad I did since I doubt I'd have gotten him back (or a comparable player) at that price tag.

That means I don't have much money to spend, but hopefully I can find a bargain or two to fill out the roster. If next year really is some kind of bumper crop, I probably won't have any money then either. I don't plan that far ahead anyway.
