Thanks for the early sim Matt!

Seattle goes 4-3 against PHX/BAT, with two of the losses by one-run. The Pilots now hold a slim lead in the Bock over the Kodiaks, by .001%. I'll take it.

The revolving door at 2B and CF continues... Jimmy Ballew got a crack at 2B this week and played well (.300/.890, 3 SB) at the plate, but was terrible defensively with a -1.4 ZR and .775 EFF in just six games. Even if he hit this well for the rest of the year, which he won't, not sure I can live with that defense. Competing with Riley Thomas in center is Elisha Ziegler, who in a 17-1 win, he managed to go 0-6 with three strikeouts. Every other batter got a hit, including a pinch hitter.

6-1 for the Bats, taking 2/3 from New York before traveling to Denver and getting a 4 game sweep.

Blake Hartman hit 5 HRs in the series in Denver, the thin air agreeing with him. Coleman Franklin had a nice week he's been pretty streaky but overall having his best season after seemingly figuring it out midway through last year. Zuniga and Nunes continue to do their thing as they sit 1-2 in WAR in the BLB.

Ammons and Wilson both started twice, and both got 2 wins to get to 13 each, tied for the most in the league. Ammons was named Pitcher of the Month in the IL, so he's been on a good run. The only bad performance came from Camden Sullivan, giving up 4 runs in 2.1 innings in Denver. Still, he got the win in that game since we scored 7 while he was out there.

Finished our seven game road trip at 3-4... Not bad, coming off the all-star break and our ridiculous hot streak.

Pitcher, Pat Moore, is out for three weeks... May be time for another rookie in the Kodiak lineup.
