5-2 for the Bats, so a good week. But, as has been the case for the past couple months, it wasn't good enough to keep pace with Carolina, who went 6-1 to clinch the Stout title. Congrats to the Tobs, they've been incredible. We'll head into the final series at New York with nothing to play for, as our spot as the top wildcard in the IL is secured.

Our hitting star of the week was again Edgar Alonzo, who hit 3 more HRs as he makes a late charge for the New Brew. He's up to 35 HRs and 111 RBI on the season. Zuniga also had a nice week and has closed the season strong.

In the minors, we made it to the championship series at every level. Hopefully at least one of our teams can bring home a trophy.
