    Thanks Matt!

Seattle goes 5-1, 2-1 vs. PHO and 3-0 @ LAD, taking a lead in the Bock by .5 games.

Unfortunately, 1B Fitzpatrick Fisher 1-2 week back tightness hasn't gotten better and has a "unknown" recovery time. Additionally, DH Charles Farris also has a day-to-day injury with a knee contusion. Not sure if I will play them. The Bock is going to come down to the final week but I don't want them to miss the playoffs with another injury. I do have veterans Tom Clark and Jayden Copeland chomping at the bit.

Deadline acquisition SP Tom Dingman pitched his best game as a Pilot: 6.1 IP, 9 H, 1 R, 0 BB, 5 K in a 7-1 win over Phoenix. If the playoffs started today, he's likely our #3 SP so I will take any sign of a season turnaround I can get. Besides him the only other trade acquisition of note is reliever Gerardo Sanchez who has played sparingly but given up no runs in 2.1 innings over four games.

Seattle is now 39-20 since July 10th in large part due to improvements in the rotation and defense. The Pilots rank just 9th in starters ERA and 8th in defensive efficiency in the Import League, but those are huge improvements from 11th-12th that we have hovered around for most of the season.

    Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
    Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041
    Washington Bats - 1979-2013

Really should’ve given Brunke four years when I extended him.
