Seattle split a four game series in New York, losing both games by one run but then swept the Kodiaks in California. The Bock lead is now down to just half a game.

SS Nehemiah Daniel continues his summer surge. After hitting .361/1.095 in August (by far his best month), he is now hitting .559/1.546 in September. For the season he is now hitting .331/.918 with a 5.8 WAR, career bests. On the other hand, LF Manny Nieto is now ice cold in those same months (.215/.738 in August, .053/.205 in September) after taking the league by storm for a few weeks in July.

Down in Triple-A, the Vancouver Thunderbirds (SEA) won their sixth AAA title after defeating Moscow Mules (HAR) three games to one.

Bulldogs go 7-0 sweeping both Denver and Philly, taking 5 1/2 game lead in the Stout and the lead for the best record in the IL.

The Bulldogs current 10 game win streak was capped by a convincing 3-0 shutout over the Freedom, pitched by team captain, Tomio Ono. Ono allowed just 3 hits, 1 BB and racked up 5 K's.
