    Thanks Matt!

In a tough week against some the BLB's best, Seattle posts a 4-3 record (1-2 vs. PIT, 3-1 vs. DC) with the seven games being decided by a total of 14 runs (2 per game) and largest margin being three. But the "good news" ends there...

-California went 5-2, increasing the Bock lead now to 4.5 games.
-Deadline acquisition SP Samuel Norris strained his oblique and will miss 7 weeks.
-RP AJ Ingle got hurt and will miss four days.
-After taking a 1-0 lead in the Double-A Final, we lost the next two games 2-3, giving the championship to LAD.
-Rookie Manager Brad Haley retired after posting a 73-41 record in RL/A-ball.
-The September re-scout was brutal to my old, aging roster. Tons of players took ratings hits.
    Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
    Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041
    Washington Bats - 1979-2013

A 5-2 week was pretty exciting with Seattle playing two of the best teams in the BLB... Only to see them go 4-3... Thanks Washington!

That also likely means that Washington rebounds and kicks the crap out of us this week... A huge week ahead as we finish our 14 game homestead with 4 against Washington and two against Seattle!

In all the awfulness, this is actually the worst team I've ever fielded.

I personally feel I've had far worse lineups but for whatever reason this team just didn't hit anywhere close to its modest potential.

          It was the managers fault.

He needed the boot. Also has no development skills. Was hoping that his projected "will be a great manager someday" would do something. It did nothing.
