Seattle goes 3-3 (2-1 @ PHX, 1-2 vs. LAD) and now fall three full games back of DC for HFA. Going to be hard to catch up now, especially with 6/13 home/road split remaining.... the Bats are 13/6.

"Old man" Maldonado seems to have hit a wall and a scouting report decline. After four months of .900 OPS, he hit .804 in July, .763 in August and .593 so far in September. He's been a great value at $2.5M but he looks like he might be a platoon for the playoffs.

We beat up on Cali. Not sure that makes for much celebration.

5-1 for the Bats. 2-1 @ Baltimore, then swept New York at home. That's good enough to push our division lead up to 6 games over Batavia, 6.5 over Baltimore. As Pat mentioned, we're 3 games up for HFA.

We rotated the lineup a bit more than I was expecting, so I'll have to take a look at my depth chart a bit more, but we got good performances from plenty of spots. Kaden Gaston and Dave Davidson continued their strong play as of late. Biggest concern is in the rotation, where Hoon Park has shown his age in Washington. I feel great about Arballo, but after that there's some question marks about what I'm going to get from any starter in a postseason series. Hopefully the regular season success will continue into the playoffs. Our bullpen has been very good, but again it's based more off depth than a couple of huge talents out there.

Coming up, we take our last trip through the Bock,3 @ Phoenix and 4 vs Windy City. Hopefully we can just keep winning and make it less interesting in the Stout for the final 2 weeks.

Pawtucket kind of on its own island in the DL. If this was the IL wildcard race we'd have some amount of hope, but we are firmly entrenched last in the Ale. Least since July we haven't been the bad?
