5-1 for the Bats. A pretty dominant road sweep in New York followed by winning 2/3 against Batavia, with the only loss coming in extras. So, a good week for the Bats. We ended up with a +26 run differential (43-17). Lineup continues to hit well, which was bolstered by Josh Allen having his best week of the season. On the pitching side, Sandy Perez and Erik Harrell have both been better than I could have hoped as lower cost signings. We're already halfway done with our road schedule (at 26-15), so we're off to a very good start to this season.

Big news in the league is of course the draft being entered. First round pick Alan Allen debuts at #51 on the Top 100 and my #3 prospect. My other two SP picks in rounds 2 and 3 are both listed among my top prospects in the organization, so I'm pretty happy with the initial results.

      2-1 vs. LAD, 3-0 @ CAL

The Pilots have started to pick it up at the plate but are struggling in the field. SP Jacob Stokes is on pace to finish 20-0, 2.05 ERA and .96 WHIP
      Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
      Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041

As usual, our BLB was brutal...

However in exciting draft news, our # 1 overall pick, Joey Robertson, debuted at #14 on the Top Prospects List. Our #3 overall pick, Harold Valentine, debuted at #16 overall, and our #9 overall pick Coleman Conaway debuted at #67 on the Top Prospect List respectively.

A little annoyed to see our other top target, Alan Allen, that we pulled out of a trade to get show up at #51 on the list. That would have made quite a quartet of picks. Unfortunately we panicked and made the same trade to get C Wyatt Callihan, and he showed up at #21 overall... On our own list... Ugh!

We move up the the #4 overall system with 8 players in the Top 100. Hopefully this, and the recent young callups (Peery, Cupp, Hinton, and Ramos) bode well for the future of Kodiak Nation!
