Ah yes, the part of the season during which my team inexplicably sucks.

Went 3-3 this week which means at the very worst, we go 18-11 for the month of May so we are very happy about that.

A bit of a cool down this week as we only OPS'd a bit over .800 this week and a putrid ERA over 5.00 is going to make us seriously consider adding some pitching before trade deadline.

Don't look now, but the Kodiaks have 12 wins this month, after having only 4 last month. Next month we should win 20 games!

4-2 for the Bats. We took 2/3 each from Millers and the Guides I think we're the first team to take a series from PIttsburgh so far this season, so I'm happy with the result and it keeps us in first place.

Thanks for 2 big games, it was another nice week at the plate. Rory Smith is off to a great start in what is likely his last season in DC. Budget signing Sandy Perez is also off to a fast start, already with 7 wins and a 2.57 ERA.
