    Thanks Matt!

Seattle went 10-5 in ST2 and we were able to shake the rust off the rotation after the ST1 flub. No injuries. Despite missing ST1 while negotiating with teams, the stars of the sim were SP Dusty Borchers (4 GS, 3-0, 0.56 ERA, 0.94 WHIP, 11 H, 12 K, in 16 IP) and OF Dave Maldonado (.323/1.222 OPS in 12 games).

League Reminder: Minor leagues start this week
    Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
    Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041

      ST Notes for the Bats:

-Our pitching (particularly the starters) were fantastic. Theisen and Arballo made it through the Spring with ERAs under 1. The new starters both looked sharp, and rookie Ian Rockwood made his case to be on this team on Opening Day. Not sure if he will be, but he did everything he could to prove he deserves a shot.

-In the lineup, Dave Davidson had a huge spring - .379 with 9 HRs and 21 RBI. I was really disappointed with how he played last season, so hopefully this is a sign 2034 will be a bounce back year. New signing Killian Pena will start his debut season as the #3 hitter in the BLB, but he didn't light the world on fire in his first action. I'm still very excited to see him play.

-Injuries. Nothing catastrophic for us, but we'll be without Erik Marrella for 2 weeks after he got hurt last sim. We'll also have to go five weeks without Justin "Ant" Babbage, our starting CF. I don't really like playing Bert Garza in CF due to his injury risk, but he might have to see some time there.

-Speaking of Garza, he's re-signed for the next few years at a decent price. All dependent on his ability to stay on the field, but I'm happy to have him sticking around.

Geez , I pulled him from the rotation and even gave him no role. Still somehow my manager sneaks Pieter van Westen in a game and BOOM 6 month injury. I did all I possible could besides "bench player for 20 days"

I've seen some injury prone players in my day, but the BLB gods really cannot stand this guy. Unreal.

Hate to see Dusty Thompson go down. Was looking forward to seeing if he had some flash in the pan.

Weakens an already weak team. We had a lot of injuries this off-season to guys that would have helped some. Oh well.

So.... why didn't you do the "bench player for X" days?

Hindsight 20/20 I guess. I was hoping no role meant he really wasn't gonna do anything. My manager is a dick. Oh and my trainer is on thin ice.

The other thing you could do next time is just remove the player from the ST roster.

Well, based on their demands to re-sign, you can have them next year if you want..
