Pawtucket lands SP David Short. Yeah that injury for 5 months was a worry, but other then that injury he's just had day to day injuries. We feel optimistic.

Short will run #3 in the the rotation and Jackson moves to #4. We feel good about #1-#4 and #5 becomes a crazy dice roll of Polzin, Fontana, J.R. Longval or player to named later?

Seattle signs former Washington outfielder Ian "Viper" Lisch. He is pencilled in as my starting CF. The former 2nd round pick is still just 26-years-old and had a really down year in 2033. Hoping he can bounce back.

Correct. yeah its been awhile since we had these good players with big contracts.

On a happier note, Pawtucket budget went from 124 to 130 from offseason one til now. Very happier but this turn of events. Finally was able to jack up season ticket prices.

He's a good get. Considering you lost Scott, adding Peacock is a big improvement.

I hesitated to go after him because he is so up and down. According to my scout, he has been basically the same player since 2028. In those seasons he has a WAR of 3.0, 2.9, 3.4, 4.9, 2.6 and 5.9 this past year. Just even comparing 2032 to 2033, playing for the same team, he put up completely different numbers.

But he has the potential to be be the best pitcher in baseball. Extreme GB, 101 MPH, 70 stamina and durable. In terms of his ratings, velocity, GB%, I don't know if anyone in baseball can match him. He's also 6'9. Which is #nice
