Wed still do the gentleman agreement where we cannot sign players til next sim correct. I noticed the Intl players are still out there and with a new budget can be had by most teams now.

Just making sure this rule still stands.

I don't think we have ever made a rule that IFA's have a signing window. If you want to use your new budget room on an IFA that everyone has already passed on, I don't think it should be a problem. That rule that you can't sign players before the next sim was more for the teams that decided to outright release players who were going to be a FA and we could sign before the other FAs hit the market.

There are situations where I may want to try to resign a player as a FA from the open market. They tend to remember being released before agreeing to join you at the negotiating table.
