I'll be putting up a list like Andrew did for the IL later today, unless Z comes by and tells me to keep out of his business. Andrew also told me that I get to make the IL manager picks if Z hasn't been around by tomorrow afternoon, so IL GMs hoping to get some guys added to the roster better be nice to me.

I'll listen very nicely to all suggestions but anyone who whines about the picks after they have been made as happened last season will be on my shit list. I am not yet sure what the penalty will be for making this list but I will think of something.

I also thought I should mention Howard Haydon since he was the only guy other than Tafur to get a vote at SS.

And surprisingly, it wasn't my vote, as I voted for Tafur.

Will your obvious man-crush on me be factored into your decisions?

I don't think Keppel is an All Star this year. but if you were gonna take 3 1b's, he'd be 4th me thinks. But hey, he's my best shot at an all star this year.

I would take Delclos too cause he is polite and rarely late. He likes to eat ice cream and really enjoys a nice pair of slacks.

It'd be hard to take 4 1B's in a non-DH year. Keppel had a great June and appears to be waking up... but it's probably too little too late.

That's the thing. I want every team to have an all-star, which is why I'm taking Fuentes from Mississippi. Keppel has a VORP close to O'Fallon and is also tied for the DL lead in HR's. Plus he got a few more votes than O'Fallon. Maine has plenty of players on the team already so if I decide to only take 3 1B's it will probably be Keppel.

I've had years without an All-Star

I don't think it's a big deal to have 3-4 guys for 1B. A couple can actually play the field and a couple could be pinch hitters for pitchers.

If we are making sure we have one rep from each team I certainly wouldn't mind Keppel being on the team...he sure has the talent, just off to a slow start.

You'll be able to figure that out by who gets selected.

Actually, I heard from Z and he's going to make the final selections but I will still make a post like Andrew did to put something out there for people to discuss. That means you can complain all you want about the final selections as far as I am concerned.

I have to say... I'm dissappointed in this IL Management team. You let Andrew and JJ show you up.

                              You're shunned.
