        Thanks Matt!

Seattle goes 6-0, sweeping @ Phoenix and vs. California. The Pilots are now in a tie for the Bock with the Blues after going 9-1 in their last 10. Also, just a half game back for the #1 wild card spot.

Our defense is getting better, up to 10th in the IL in efficiency after being dead last in the BLB most of the year. Despite the recent surge, veterans Johnny Swope (.836), Jimmy Jeffs (.711), Josh Wright (.755) and Landon McClelland (.579) are all hitting well below their career marks. If some of them pick it up down the stretch, we should keep pace with Windy City until the very end.

I was looking over IL rookie stats and this is one of the better fields I can remember. It's NYK's 2B Tom Martin's award to lose but WC SP Manny Solis, BAL 1B Dusty Bailey, SEA C Tristan Logan, BAT CF Dave Marion and CAR CF Valentin Bastide have all put up good numbers in the first half.
