        Thanks Matt!

Seattle extends their win streak to eight games by sweeping Batavia and Phoenix. Next week it's four @Denver and three @DC. Only a 3.5 game lead in the Bock over California. It's only June but this has been of a surprise season so far in the standings across the BLB.

In transactional news, the Pilots signed 38-year-old SP Alex Dominguez, lost SP Pat Conlee to waivers and got SS T.J. Holter through waivers. Dominguez has clearly lost a step but veterans Pat Wood, AJ Ingle, Jamie Stone and Bill Roman have all pitched really well for us in their mid-to-late 30s, so I figured why not add another. Conlee saves us a couple hundred thousand. We tried him as an opener and it didn't really work. Glad to save a little money. I thought for sure Holter would be claimed. He's basically been a platoon SS for the Pilots for four seasons. The fact that he wasn't claimed probably suggests I should have upgraded that spot awhile ago...

After a disastrous 5-18 April, we posted a respectable 16-13 May (and a hot 4-1 start in June), which moves us to a ~33% chance of making the postseason according to projections.

Jaylin Richardson has been really good for you. I knew he would hit well somewhere else, but it's annoying to see. Particularly when my team isn't any good at hitting.

It’s been a long time since we’ve had a 6-0 week! This team has a lot of young guys, that so far seem to be holding up. A long arduous road trip coming up. The next few weeks will likely make or break this season.
