You need to d/l this blb file: http://www.sendspace.com/file/775v0l
You then need to d/l the link in my first post. After installing it to your OOTP 9 folder in your programs folder, open the game using the OOTP icon in your OOTP 9 folder in your programs folder. Make sure its version 9.2.10. Your password should work.
