      Thanks Brad!

The Pilots take 3/4 vs. Phoenix and 1/3 @ Batavia.

The additions of AJ Ingle and Tom Pryor will hopefully help our average pitching these final months in effort to catch Denver (1.5 up).
      Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
      Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041

Another solid week for the Bats. We dropped the series in Carolina before rebounding to sweep California ins three blowouts to finish our road trip. That finishes our string of road games at 10-3, a good record. So far we haven't really opened the door for anyone to catch up. 11.5 ahead in the Stout race and 11 games ahead of anyone else in the BLB for HFA. We've played 9 more road games than we have home, so we'll be back in DC for most of our upcoming games.

We had a .986 OPS as a team this week, so our stars we in the lineup. Jamie Nickerson hit 3 HRs to continue his red hot August. Bert Garza is still healthy and playing well, and Josh Allen is having perhaps his best season of his career. We did have Rory Smith suffer a minor injury, but he'll be 100% in a few days so nothing to worry about.

A full week of games coming up next sim, with Windy City and Baltimore coming to town. I'll try to get new addition Dave Fisher in the lineup.
