    Just a question (not complaint)

I thought there was some weird rule where the contracts we offered had to be year over year a certain % to each other (example year one $15, year two $45 million, year three $29, ect ect)
I went back and couldn't find anything, but I remember this from some crazy Intl player contracts. Looking around the league there still appears to be some awfully weird contracts of late.

Question: Is there really a rule on this? Again not a bitch, just prefer not to hear gripes about this later on so trying to stay within the rules.

Luckily for me it happens alot less when your not winning.

I would say winning or not there are a handful of people that go over every contract during the offseason, if not to check rules then just simply out of curiosity. I just went through all the recent FA signings and don't see anything. Was this an extension from last season?

Random looks yesterday. Not by CPU at this time. I suppose I can spend a bit more time later tonight. My general question was the guidelines did we have?? I just remember Brad instituting something something during that drama crazy Intl Free Agent ordeal, but didn't see anything in the sticky on the rules.

Again not complaining and not sure why I thought about this . Perhaps since we finally have enough money to get involved in free agency?

Carlos actually explained it to me. I'm good. 50% rule.

Thats all I'm trying to figure out.

              Thanks Carlos.

Washington makes a signing, RP Fenton "Clank" Soto. I really like him, and I've been looking for an ace reliever for a while now. I paid quite a bit for him, but I've got a lot of money to spend next year that was otherwise going to my owner's pocket.

I re-signed Pat Arballo and Dave Taylor. Happy to keep those two around at reasonable prices.

Still have some money that I have to spend in 2031.

Good (last?!) call! I offered him almost $10 a year... He looks like he could be a stud.
