First time in maybe my entire tenure where we have 2 rookies contributing significantly to our lineup:

SS Fred Connor - Rookie of the Month in both April and June. Slash of .283 | .340 | .501 with 37 2B, 17 HR, 60 RBI

1B Colin Bailey - Rookie of the Month for July. Slash of .325 | .60 | .465 so far this season, after getting off to a slow start he's really turned it on (he was slugging only .392 as of the end of June, .614 since July 1)

I thought you were crazy to trade Melendez but Connor's play has made that move look smart.

This is a fun Philly team. A mercenary rotation. An entire lineup of 20-somethings. And "old man" Niebauer on pace for one of his best seasons.

I love it when a plan comes together.

I once had to move a class in university, because it conflicted with the A-team! That was a great show!
