Snap, Hamlet just burst out for you. 10 RBI? He had a total of 17 for me in the first month and two weeks.
Well, he's obviously producing as you like. He did what he should. I consider him a .270-.280 hitter and the .269 is right around there. That's probably one hit from a .275 week.
I'm happy with Murcott. He had an excellent week getting hits. But, I saw only one victory out of it. Other guys aren't producing. Zam had a bad offensive week. Seems like Seagarra and Tesina are the only guys I can trust every week.
As for Seagarra, he seems to enjoy playing the field. Great week for him too.
So far, I think the Murcott/Hamlet deal is going to work out for both sides. I just happen to have holes in other parts of the field (cough*outfield*cough) that need more help. Murcott is only the first piece to solving that issue.
Also, my pitching would be about average if I had a fifth starter. Freaking Joe Perez is not the answer.
