I think maybe the game has past me by. I just got housed by a brand new owner.

Nothing seems to be making sense this season, but I will have to say as long as scoring is thru the roof like it is right now we probably don't stand a chance. Hate pinball machine baseball right now.

      Thanks Brad!

Seattle goes 6-0 @ DVS/NYK to extend their winning streak to 19 games.

Unfortunately, the Pilots will be without 1B Robby Caddell for the rest of the year. The #4 ranked 1B is out with a ruptured Achilles but should be ready for Spring Training. He's one of my All-Time favorite players who was originally drafted as a starting pitcher who had two UCL injuries and was moved to hitter. But it's a big loss for a team that is no longer loaded with power after the departures of Ulloa, Nieto, Lewis, etc. over the years. I guess we will have to play more small ball, eh PaulC ?

In his place I'll be calling up 1B/DH Pat Stuckey. My scout doesn't like him anywhere close to OSA but he's tearing the cover all of the ball in AAA and just turned 26. Let's see what he's got.

If you still have a bunch of scrubs in Rookie Ball or Single-A, Seattle as well as a bunch of other teams made a ton of cuts...

The game is really offensive right now, and a lot of the parks are really small! That makes for pinball baseball!

Our offense continues to roll with the rookie of the year candidate RJ Kapper continuing to lead the league in batting average.

I'm surprised he made the AA - BLB jump and performed even better. He's pretty good.

It's crazy... For years only Morla seemed to rake consistently in the 0.350s... Now there are a bunch of young high average hitters!

                      On another batting average note...

Morla 0.345 is currently tied with altered Hector Chavez for the greatest career average in BLB history!
