Thanks Matt! For a minute there I thought we were about to get a full season of live sim...

Seattle goes 4-2 again, 3-0 vs. PHI and 1-2 @ WC. Three of the four wins were decided late and easily could have gone the other way.

Johnny "Big Stick" Swope got a new deal and responded by going on a six-game hit streak with three HRs and four multi-hit games. He's only 27 but had already reached arbitration #2 and last sim was the first time he was willing to negotiate a long-term deal. It's $19M per for five years, last year a team option.

We did lose CF Hisanobu "Super" Maeda for 1-2 weeks with back stiffness after he had the week of his life at the plate. In his six games before the injury, he went 16/30 with two 3B and three HR. Considering he only had nine 3B and six HRs the year prior, it was a big week. He will be missed but I consider myself lucky with the injury bug showing up this sim across the league. FA import Alistair Whaley and (on the trade block) Pat Cerveny will platoon in CF during his absence.

Solid sim for us- offense is finally clicking the way I would like. TJ Preddy continues his hot start. Having the DH has been a nice plus for us this season so Josh Wright can get some reps. We will be doing a DH platoon when Victor Romero comes off the DL at the DH position as he is incapable of playing the field at this time.

Well Pawtucket 4-8, but to be fair we have yet to have a home game. Hope we can get things settled at Pawtucket plus we've done back to back trades with our pitching staff.(Sliders)

Only 3 games out, so plenty of time to right the ship.
