A Rookie League has been added as of Jan 1. We're a bit behind on locations/names/logos, etc, but the league doesn't technically start until mid June, so we still have a bit of time to play with.

Just so people understand better, the rookie league is basically a minor league level below Single-A. Like Brad said, it’s 21 and under, and the season doesn’t begin until the draft is over. This is the league draft picks will be placed in but players are not required to be rookies nor is your draft pick required to play here. You can also send down a player who is struggling in Single-A, for instance. Just remember, it would be a demotion and that player won’t be taking reps April-May, as he would in Single-A.

They will stop developing until the league starts then... You should've kept them in your international complex until June man...

Do they actually develop? To me it looks like they randomly bounce around the Intl complex. Rather get them in my farm then see if anything takes place. Most will never see the light of day at the BLB level and worst case I can bounce them up and down for a bit. Almost like some do with DFA.

Once they leave the ITL complex, they can’t go back.

I had 7 smucks who were going no where and I don't have a ton of draft picks this season. 28 man roster, Good enough. Maybe this triggers some extra discoveries this coming season.
