I'm confused. Are you guys actually upset at each other? I thought this was all just joking around.

Of course we are not upset at each other. JJ was just bored and decided to see if he could stir up some trouble and everyone joked back and forth to see if we could get someone to believe that there might be a problem.

        We finally succeeded.

Yeah, I should be elated every time someone says my players suck and that I won't make the playoffs. Good logic there.

I am not saying you should be elated. Throughout your life people are going to think poorly of you from time to time or, as here, about your fictional baseball team. Don't let what doesn't matter matter.

To be fair, you lost Lewis, which was a huge part of your 1984 club. No one could tell you would still be this good.

Plus, I dont think Clay hates your team. He just really like mine. He loves how we roll. I mean, Clay LOVED the circus as a kid, so its only natural that he picks me as the WC winner.

I care what people think, so it matters a great deal.

I'd understand that, but everyone still predicted Maine to be a good team after they lost Cleary. There's an obvious double standard.

I do too and I am pretty sure that it has made my life worse than it otherwise would have been.

If you didn't know, the owner of Maine, runs the sims...can't bet against the house bro.

Actually, I picked you to win that division and you disappointed me.

But in any case, I don't think anyone here now doubts that you have one of the two best teams in the league if not the best. That should make you feel pretty good then, right?
