Seattle signs RP I-Po Chai out of China for 5-years / $58M with the last year being a player option. Not sure if anyone was offering anything close to this number but it's basically the same deal RP Edwin Carrasco got in 2019. My scout rates him the same as OSA, ground ball tendency, durable, 99 MPH and he just turned 27 in November.
    Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
    Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041
    Washington Bats - 1979-2013

Pat, that's a hell of a lot more than I offered, and I felt REALLY good about my offer, LOL.

I offered $30M in 3 years with a player option the last one.

Missed out on Sepulveda, my #1 SP target, but I think it’s safe to say Nieto makes up for it.
