BLB Team Logos

Does anyone have a collection of every BLB (only the major league teams) logo that has existed in this league?

I'd like to do something graphics related for the league, but it's going to require that I have old logos. Well, it's not a requirement, but it'll make things look better.

So, if by chance you have your team's old logo(s) you can let me know here and then email them to yp_leagues@yahoo.com

Otherwise, if maybe Andrew or Clay has them that would be helpful, too.

Ok, so the BLB Champions Row is the project I'm working on that I hope will add to the league's identity. This is not an original idea. I saw something similar a few months back in a football sim league and I thought it was a great idea.

I spoke to Pat and he suggested that teams be able to have banners for achievements extending beyond Division, League, and Brewmaster's Championships. I'm thinking things like retired numbers, no-hitters, All-Star Appearances.

I am open to ideas for teams but if you want anything beyond the norm, you will need to be descript and let me know what you want in that banner.

I am trying to keep this to something you will see in a stadium. That being said, I will be flexible to a point. If you want All-Star Appearances, I'll do it, but I'm not going to have an individual banner for each player and each appearance. That would just border on the ridiculous. But, we can work on a way to get what you want so that it makes sense.

You can't retire Reyes' number. Didn't he play for you for like one season? Or are you retiring the number in honor of the bounty he produced in the trade with Carolina?

My team had a different logo when I took over. It's on the patch of my current jersey. It was pretty damn fugly.

Pawtucket is going to retire his number as well. His 1983 season with 3 home runs, hitting .244 is worthy.

Personally, I'd like to see his number retired league wide. There's plenty of him to go around.

I mean, he never played for me, but I'd like to think that if he had, he would've put up some pretty big numbers for us.

I just think he means that much to the league. What number was he??
