Two big injuries. Two outfielders are out for two months. Carlos Bamentos and Eddie Just(who was having a nice start to the season) gone. This sucks because that was a lot of offense to lose.

1-1. You got the best of Jeff again. I wonder what's wrong with him, letting scrubs keep up with us.

The Porter is looking crazy with Batavia, us, and Philly. Maybe even Cali can make some noise.

I don't think we could be playing worse. Our bullpen is atrocious. We're last in so many categories it's pathetic. May is usually when we start showing signs.

                  We'll see what happens.

May place MacOwl on the block soon if it looks like we're done.

No, we really don't have a shot. The division looks like a three team horse race with Cali lagging far behind.

I'm not sure what's up with Franklin... but he certainly has become wilder.

Galian worked like a charm for me. I specifically called him up to face Franklin as he had good career number vs. him, and he comes up huge with the game winning grand slam.

Two late inning wins against us. I'm sure you want them to be better but they did well against us.

I'm hoping that starts the turnaround. I don't think we've ever had a good April, even in our glory days. We need a hot streak here.

                          6-1, but still issues.

-Joe Delgado is a piece of shit. Stupid ass trade that was.
-Abe and Lang are pitching like assholes.
-Haydon hasn't hit a homer yet.

                            3-4 Sim
1-1 @ MOR, 0-2 @ VIR, 2-1 vs. DAV. Gross. Not happy about my team this week at all.

                            The Good
-Shortstop Pete Summers won the IL Rookie of the Month Award. He is hitting .317 with a .398 OBP. He is also an amazing fielder. His only BLB exprience prior to 1985, was a September call-up last season. I am very pleased with his development.
-Centerfielder Michio Nago is finally living up the hype. The second year man is hitting .343 out of the leadoff spot. Last year he hit .250.

                            The Bad
-LF Miguel Angel Padilla, #8 overall prospect in the BLB, made his season debut this sim. He hit .217 with a .671 OPS. Not awful, but not good. I think he was just nervous, as he went 0-9 in his first two games. And then went 5/14 with a HR and a double.
-Where are the extra base hits? I'm still dead last in XBH in the IL. I need Joe Sierra back!

                            The Ugly
-Somehow, my team leader in RBIs is 3B Brody Whiteley. He only starts against lefties, and spot starts against righties. How is he leading my team in RBIs?!
                            Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
                            Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041

For all that is bad... Gremedes is playing well and Buzzell is on fire....

Plus, side note.... Keppel has dropped to #3 on the BLB Top Players list (Campoveroe leapfrog'd him this week)... that has to make everyday a little brighter in Pittsburgh.

I'll take any moral victory I can...I have a feeling this will be another 1st round exit team.
