          Define “again”.

There were no exports taken for the post Brewmasters 1 day SIM. Now arbitration and options need to be submitted.

Disappointing to again see Morla fall just outside of winning the Stout Slugger award... Brooksher is a great player, but offensively, I think Morla had a better all around season.

Their offensive stats are largely identical and Brooksher is literally 10x the defensive player that Morla is.

Very true. Still I guess what defines a "Stout Slugger" . Based on the title its sounds like even a DH could win this?

I wouldn't say their offensive stats are largely identical, and in all fairness, he's ten times the defensive player everyone is...

                      Morla +35 hits, +10 doubles, -7 triples, +4 home runs, -3 RBI, +15 runs, +0.026 AVG, +0.032 SLG, +0.060 OPS, -.2 WAR, +5 BB, 37 less Ks,

I guess it comes down to your interpretation of Stout Slugger... Although last year's Stout Slugger winner beat Brooksher and played defence with a frying pan... Fair enough!

I think the name Stout Slugger was chosen because of the alliteration and reference to beer, but it’s always been the equivalent of MVP to me. If it’s purely an offensive award it kind of makes the Designated Driver awards redundant, no?

Agreed... It just seems like to opposite style of pick to Lingo last year... and perhaps Morla's consistency causes his great seasons to look more average... Plus he plays in the DL, which seems to have a lot of great offensive players!

Plus... I am a tad biased toward Morla!

We need to change Stout Slugger so it does not reference the Stout division.
