Andrew, or anyone that knows:
I'm assuming that the players for the BLB draft are just randomly created for the purpose of filling our draft pool, but I was wondering why we dont use a feeder league of high schools and colleges?
This would create stats for all of the guys in the draft, or at least most of them.
It would perhaps help us in deciding who to pick by giving them a past, but if not, it would be nice to track their progress throughout the year vs. when the draft comes up. We could see if a guy has progressed since his freshman year of HS or even if he is injury prone.
Plus, I believe our scouts will scout them throughout their high school/college careers, thus enabling them to build up past scouting reports on these guys. This could help out quite a bit.
This is really something I'd like to see implemented, but I'm curious to see if anyone has any other thoughts on this.
