4-3 sim. Treading water. No new prospects in the Top 100 or on my Organization's top 20, so it looks like I did my typically great job in the draft.

The reason I ask is it does not show up on the schedule. The next event is July 12 when the All Star Teams are announced.

I do see July 4, but it is for 2027. Next season.

I wonder why it didn't trigger. Or hopefully it still does. Or just create a super human batter from Columbia for me and send to my A squad. Make him a 21-year-old switch hitter with average base running skills. He has to have faults somewhere.

I wonder how the whole Intl thing will play out. Most likely we all budgets for a max amount. When we first do things in this league people tend to spend like drunk sailors. Wonder how the players will decide , I hope its not random.

Blah, multiple 1 run losses to Batavia- their pitching is challenging. Good news is I will get Fred Ratley back off the DL so the offense should get a little better. Got 2 top 100 prospects with my first round picks which is encouraging.

Josh Wright with an OK start to his BLB career. Pat Kauffman needs to stop getting injured- he's a huge wimp and got pulled after 2/3 inning with blisters.

4-3 for the week with a loss to Washington, a series sweep of Carolina, and then dropping 2 of 3 hosting Batavia.

We were holding it together relatively well for the first couple of weeks without Stripling, but now our offense is showing the strain of missing the Triple Crown winner. OF Dave Sliney, rookie 3B Robby Adelsberger, and infielder Jarrod Baker were the only three guys who hit well last week. The other starting fielders went a combined 17/136 for the week for a .125 BA. It is a miracle that our pitching did enough to allow us to go 4-3 for the week, actually.

SP Alex Dominguez threw his 3rd career shutout this week in a 7K, 1BB outing against Carolina. The now 32 year old Panamanian import has been pitching better of late and we'll need more of that to stay afloat in the most competitive division in baseball.

We had a couple of pitching debuts on the Top Prospects List. We traded our 2027 1st round pick to pick up two second round selections, 17 year old pitcher, Tom Lillegard and 20 year old Cape Cod Star, Dave Taylor. Lillegard likely fell down the draft list due to blowing out his elbow in his senior year of high school. Taylor is a guy who shows a ton of potential but has issues with his work ethic that may seem him fall short of that potential. Both pitchers debuted on the Top 100 with Lillegard at #30 and Taylor at #48.

I only budgeted 2.5MM since I’m not really sure what to expect.

I know I've asked this before, but is there anyway to see when our next media contract is up? Maybe there is now way, but I can by mine bouncing around a bit this season it must be due.

I know timing can be everything on this and can affect your team for seasons.
