I think injuries might be too high...

We had three more SEI injuries.

Worst start for the Storm ever- my starters are pitching well but my pen is just terrible

Yeah, thats not good. Hinchy makes my second SEI of the year, and Hiraki is out for four weeks. Thats a $23 million disabled list for me right now. Neat.

But, we still pulled off another 5-1 sim, so I cant really complain.

Not a terrible sim for the Bandits. We got swept by Philly, but there were two heartbreakers in there that could have gone our way. Then there was our trip to California. I thought I read somewhere, wait, oh yeah here it is...

Los Alamos, who is currently 2-4 seems like a favorable match up for the Kodiaks... especially after the loss of ace David Tardif for the year. With that being said, any favorable matchup on paper for the Kodiaks often ends in disappointment when the game comes to pass. With Vizcarra, Toapanta and Flynn going, I'm hoping for a 2-1 series win, giving us a projected 6-6 mark against the IL Bock to start off the 1985 campaign.
I got your favorable match-up right here!

In this young season it was nice to get a bit of a positive vibe that came off of the sweep of Cali. (Sorry Linty... )

As for Vizcarra you were right on. He just didn't have any offense to back him up that day.

                A 2-4 sim followed by a 4-2 sim!

Yes folks you hear it here first...this is the latest in the season Batavia has ever been .500!

I got messages saying LaRochelle (Batavia) and Schellevis (Pawtucket) were claimed, but then on my transactions screen it says they cleared waivers. What's the deal there?

                      Washington Bats (3-3)
                      - 1-2 vs Batavia / 2-1 @ Baltimore
                      - Losing two at home to Batavia is surprising. I figured I would go 2-1 at Baltimore however, expecting to lose the Jeff Franklin start, which I did, 1-2.

                      The Good:
                      - Pitcher Charlie O'Rogan pitched the first NO-HITTER of the season against the Baltimore Bulldogs, giving up two walks while striking out eight. Charlie O'Rogan has now pitched two CGs, 18 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 6 BB and 21 K. Thanks again, Linty.

                      - Third Basemen Brody Whiteley is hitting .364 on the season after hitting .429 this sim. Thanks again, Linty.

                      The Bad:

                      - The middle of my batting order disappeared. Keita Uchiyama and Jerry Fortin combined to hit 4/35.

                      - None of my four pending Free-Agents accepted my contract extensions. They all laughed at my low-ball offers.

                      The Ugly:

                      - After his 11-month stint on the Disabled List, 1B Joe Sierra hit .308 in his first four games back. Then, he got hit by a pitch, and is out for the next four weeks. A player who never had a significant injury is all of a sudden injury prone. I do however get SS Jack Dynes back from the DL this sim, so that helps.

Halfyard didn't do it on purpose.

                          1-5 sim...

                          Two blown saves.

0-4 in one run games... in two damn sims.

                          Not a happy camper.

I also just noticed that all my minor league teams are 9-4.

                            Damn I'm good.

                              I'm wondering the same thing.
