3.2 - RP Micah Pearson - My scout thinks this guy can be a big time reliever. He starts in HS, but with just two pitches he's obviously not going to do that in the BLB. But, he strikes out a bunch of people and has done a good job limiting walks in his only HS season. He's a lefty, has great endurance so pitching multiple innings or pitching frequently shouldn't be an issue. Apparently his HS team isn't concerned about his arm, as evidenced by this 10-inning, 176 pitch performance.
Crazy to see that kid throw 10 innings in one game and not make it out of the sixth any in other start.

I played in a men’s basketball league when I lived in Portland. The team had existed for a few years and mostly consisted of mostly fellow employees. Our 1st game of the season was a double header. The scores of these games were usually in the 50s. I scored 30+ in both of the back to back games and the team gave me the nickname “P-Money.”

Over the course of that season and the following season, I don’t believe I scored double digits in any other game.

I had a similar experience playing pickup in Portland. You can be a bad player but if you somehow make a good first impression, people won't realize that you suck.

Exactly. I'd have nights where I couldn't make anything but would still be fed the ball regularly.

Is a list empty if it was never filled?
