You gonna aim at a certain position or try to teach him as many as you can?

I stumble with this part of development. I try to teach them everything and end up being just ok at it. Now I try to stick with just teaching two positions(3 at the most)these days.

Early on I like to get those guys into games at every position possible. I did that with Figeuroa and Janson until I knew for sure what spot they were going to start at in the BLB.

Eventually they show what they are actually good at.

I like DVS pick of Millington- was in consideration for my pick but I did not like his intangibles. Coffey for me was a guy who is a borderline starter according to my scout. If he could refine his 3rd pitch he could be a frontline starter but we will see.
