    1995- League HRs 3112 / 130 homeruns per team
    2005- League HRs 3235 / 135 homeruns per team
2015- League HRs 3561/ 148 homeruns per team
2025- League HRs 4322 / 166 homeruns per team. Last season actually DOWN 10 homeruns from the previous season.

Why the change? Probably a mix smaller parks to go along with pitching ratings being affected from the previous version change. Was a time a 5-5-6 (or the 45-50-55) pitcher was a solid #4, #5 and today they are back of bullpen dudes. Either way, home runs are kind of a dime a dozen now.
    Parks are way too small!!

So we need money in International Scouting AND International FA Budget?

One discovers talent and the other allows us to sign them?

Talent will be discovered regardless with $0 in International Scouting but the IFAs will have ?innaccurate readings by your Scouts.

                            I’d hate to lose Pittsburgh.
