I just realized Erik Jackson opted out.

He had a great career in KC but seems to be declining so this opt out comes at the perfect time for us.

This is going to be one hell of a FA class.

Just posting for the sake of history that on the last day of the regular season, 42 year old Voodoo Davila started at catcher for the Guides one last time.

He went two for four with an RBI and scored a run.

Really surprised 2B Douglas executed his option. Nice, one less thing to worry about. He may or may not be back the following season see how it goes.

Pawtucket will probably say good bye to RJ Green. He's losing it a bit and we feel really good about the arms coming up from the minor leagues.
