Apparently KC likes playing in the cooler months. .713 winning pct in April, May, September and October vs .524 in June, July, August. Hopefully we can carry this hot streak into the postseason.

After another lost season, California fans are left with only Mike Morla to marvel at... He was mired in the worst season of his career, yet somehow the disappointment ended in a season where he batted...

0.321 with 197 H, 24 HR, and 6.5 WAR (not bad for a down year!)

He also managed to sneak into the top 10 in H, TB, IBB, AVG, OBP, RC, RC/27, WOBA, OPS, and WAR!

Considering he spent the whole season nowhere near the top 10 on any of these lists, he actually turned in a rather astounding 'regular' season for him!!

And we pick second overall, so there's that!

              Stripling Captures Triple Crown
              Monday, October 6th, 2025
Bulldogs left fielder C.J. Stripling will look back on 2025 as a magical season after eclipsing his peers in the three major batting categories -- batting average, home runs and RBIs. He batted .370 with 38 home runs and 114 RBIs to pick up the 3rd Triple Crown in BLB play.
