Your team is actually looking good, but right now this season the Lager went off the deep end. It seems to happen every 10 season the Lager comes out and becomes crazy. Rarely ever see a Ale first place team below .600 and actually Miami your 5th place team is in shouting distance of our 2nd place team. I think Toronto still gets in, but clearly the Ale division is having a major off year, (Pawtucket being a prime example)

KC in the end needs to be upset like a few years ago as they resumed the class of the DL. Money is finally starting to get to them though.

            A 3-man bullpen? That is.....uncommon.

Just dumb as fuck that I do all this shit to my team and it doesn’t matter because oh here comes New Orleans and no matter what happens KC always wins.

I would rather miss the playoffs than be a wild card at this point.

Still a lot of baseball left... your wish might be granted.

I’m not really sure what you are expecting from your return to the BLB. I’ve been immensely impressed with how good Indy has been since you took over. Immediately relevant.

The Lager is the deepest division in baseball. Andrew is the BLBs best GM with a team that soon to have some tough financial decisions. Rob is one of the more underrated GMs we have who has recently made moves that are paying off big time in 2025 (Bires, Corbett, Sotelo, Lyons, Carr, Guo, Ryman, etc). Matt is a veteran GM who walked into some of the best young talent in baseball and a ton of budget room. Shark is one of only a handful of GMs with two rings and considering how much debt they are in plus the amount of talent they have traded away the past 2-3 years, it’s pretty insane they are still relevant in the DL playoff race. In any other division, I think Montreal is a lot closer to .500 than you’d think. And California nearly went to the Brew two years ago before blowing it up.

For Indy to be 17 games above .500 is no small feat.

I’ve won 1 playoff series in like 20 seasons and haven’t won a division since 1985 so essentially I’m annoyed as fuck that I’m relegated to wild card berths and first round exits no matter what I do. KC’s lineup could all simultaneously combust and they’d still win the division, and then this NO bullshit. Like let me win a fucking Brew lol I don’t give a shit if my team is perpetually bad after that

Fully aware that this is petulant whining but holy fucking shit this is annoying

This is all partly related to having only two divisions. Still not a great fan of this. Obviously you value divisions titles more versus wildcard. Actually I'm the same way. To be honest Pawtucket rarely does wildcards. Its usually divisions or nothing for us. 15 divisions and only TWO wildcards. Crazy.

I’m sick of getting bounced in the first round every year. I’d much rather win the division and skip it but there’s always gonna be another fucking team. I feel like people don’t treat wild card berths as legitimate, or achieving anything of significance. You just look at my teams results and say no brews = I don’t know what the fuck I’m doing.

And I’m going to be viewed as incompetent and a shitty GM until I win a division or a Brew, and it’s never going to happen as things currently stand. So where the fuck does that leave me?

Like yeah, it’s only a game, but something I and most others put a ton of time into. So again, I have no actual success to prove that I know what I’m doing and that I’m not a moron, so that’s my image as long as KC and NO keep pulling this shit, and it’s frustrating to me that I have the reputation as “dumb asshole doesn’t know what he’s doing” and I can’t break that narrative no matter which trades or signings I make.

I swear, my bullpen seems to lose at least 2 games every sim.
I have a few kids coming up who will hopefully solidify my pen for next season and years beyond.
But as Pat pointed out, our division has to be the toughest of them all right now.

Dave Hodge saved our ass this year. Jackson, Viger and Walz are all a shell of what they were last year. I'm fucked if Jackson doesn't opt out.

I'm sure you might have a decision on 'Viper' coming up. At 26 he already seems to be losing steam. Either way I like the way your set up money wise. You have options.
