Pawtucket 2-5. The park factor lineups aren't going very well right now.

Not taking away anything from the greatness of KC, but we continue to struggle at home!!! 8-5 road, 4-8 home. Its pretty close to how things went last season.. Not sure how to solve this unless I put my righties while at home??

        My manager is a moron.
Khalil Corey is pitching well but of course Jermaine Duke uses him in 4 straight games and blows a win for us.

Really pleased with Jamie Bisbee. He's hitting .360 as our lead-off hitter.
J.D. "Silent Z" Fazlic has continued where he left off in his rookie campaign hitting for .303. I'd like to see a bit more power out of him though. Only 3 dingers in 26 games.
Grady Went found his bat and glove again. He's hitting .281 with 9 bombs and has a +2.3 on the hot corner.

Once again it looks like my hitting will be competent enough, but my arms suck.
Speaking of which, I released Norm Brown. Immediately following his departure I received an email from the clubhouse saying how happy everyone is now that he's gone.

Somehow, someone was able to capture actual footage of Brown being booted off of Exports property:

4-2 week. Lost a home series to the Pilots before rebounding with a sweep of Denver.

Most of my big bats have been pretty quiet so far this season. Hopefully those guys can get it turned around and we'll start scoring some runs more consistently. Still have 3 more weeks without Blackmon so we'll just have to get by without him for now.

I've been pretty encouraged by what I've seen from the minor leagues so far, so hopefully we've got some prospects on the way, even if it likely won't be coming soon.

Maybe he heard you complain last sim that you were targeting Bradford first.

                    Week in Review - 5-1 (2-1 @ Toronto, 3-0 @ Pawtucket)

                    - Rookie 1B Dave Hodge continues his ridiculous tear to start the season. He won the player of the month, rookie of the month and his second consecutive player of the week award. He leads the league with a .480 BA and 11 HR.

                    - CJ Viger, a sub-par outfielder, played 8 innings at 2B this week. He pinch hit for Tom Pelloni in the 9th inning of a 5-5 game @ Toronto. Viger hit the game winning single in the top of the 16th inning. He fielded the ball cleanly in 5 total chances and turned two double plays.

                    - KC re-signed veteran relief pitcher Franklin Ramires to a 2 year, $2m extension. The team also picked up his $2.7m option for next season after Ramires' strong start this season. The lefty reliever has a 0.60 ERA in 15 IP so far.

Looking Ahead (2 vs Wilmington, 2 vs Toronto, 3 vs Pawtucket)

                    - Utility OF Ron Gooch is expected to get more playing time given rookie CF Garett Antcliff's early season struggles. Antcliff is hitting only .192 in 25 games so far this season.

That might've been Morla's worst month ever... on the plus side, after moving the development budget from 5 to 17.5 million, I received an update on the farm that shows a bunch of prospects improving in their ratings for the first time in the last few years!

Our run differential is almost even — 95 scored, 100 allowed in 25 games — but we're in last place. Not fun.
